Quote requests are not contracts

Submitting a quote request, receiving a reply, or receiving a quote does not create a service agreement. Services are provided only under a separate written proposal or agreement that sets out the scope, schedule, and price for a specific property. Until that agreement is signed, either party may decline to proceed.

Service descriptions

Descriptions of services on the Site are general and are provided to help you decide whether to contact us. The scope, frequency, surfaces, and pricing for any property are determined after a site review and confirmed in writing. Results depend on the condition of the property and the surfaces involved.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, photographs, graphics, and the Guardian Integrated Services name and logo, are owned by or licensed to Guardian and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation. Any other use, including reproduction, distribution, or modification, requires our written permission.

Third-party links

The Site may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link does not imply endorsement.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
